türkomp National Food Composition Database, TUBITAK KAMAG TRA 1007 is supported in the Program by 2008-2013 “Determination of the National Food Composition and Establishment of Common continuous Sharing System” name and “107G208 number” is the main output of the R & D projects. Project, our country is based on the original and principles of sustainable establishment of a national system that includes produced and consumed in processed-unprocessed agricultural products of nutrients to be determined by further laboratory analysis techniques of composition and from start to finish traceable data generation-use-management in the region. National level and international standards produced reliable data, providing connections to companies in order to support the sustainability of the türkomp membership system was established. Data users they identify in the system; problems, ideas and feedback with valuable suggestions, which have not yet laid the foundation is regarded as an important resource that can be used to improve our national system.
